How do I place an order

Visit any of our official shops, select your item, and complete the checkout process. On our website, simply add items to your cart, fill in your shipping details, choose your payment method, and confirm your order.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship nationwide across Indonesia. Delivery within Java generally takes 2–5 business days. Deliveries outside Java may take longer depending on the courier and location. Tracking information will be provided through the platform you ordered from once your package is shipped.

Return Policy

We accept returns for wrong items, damaged items, or manufacturing defects. Return requests must be submitted within 3×24 hours after the package is received. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging. An unboxing video is required as proof.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved and we receive the item, refunds will be processed through the platform you purchased from. Processing time may vary depending on each platform’s policy.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has been shipped, cancellation must go through the return process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
