Refund & Returns

1. Eligibility

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Only items purchased through our official website are eligible. Sale or discounted items are not eligible unless the product is defective.

2. When Returns or Exchanges Are Accepted

  • Wrong item received (size, color, or product).
  • Defective or damaged item upon arrival.
  • Item does not fit and needs a size exchange (subject to availability).

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our Customer Service within 30 days and provide your order number, reason, and photos if the item is defective.
  2. Once approved, repack the item with its original packaging and tags.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a tracked courier service.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return/exchange is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return/exchange is due to sizing or preference, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.

5. Exchange or Refund Options

  • Exchange for the same item in a different size or color (based on stock).
  • Exchange for a different item of equal or higher value (price difference applies).
  • Refund back to the original payment method or store credit, depending on the situation.

6. Returns Not Accepted

  • Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags/packaging.
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective).
  • Requests made after the 30-day window.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos. We will verify the issue and arrange an exchange or refund.
