HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Packages are generally dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed and shipped via the selected courier with tracking provided. Deliveries are made without a signature, and shipping is carried out on working days only. A tracking link will be shared once your order has been dispatched.
CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER EARLIER THAN THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?
At this time, we’re unable to offer expedited delivery. Each order goes through payment verification, quality control, and careful packaging to ensure it meets our standards, followed by an estimated 2–3 working days for delivery.
ORDER GROUPING POLICY
You should place all items in one order because separate orders cannot be combined, and each order will be charged its own shipping fee.
SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

In the event of stock unavailability or system errors that affect product availability, your order may be canceled. Any payment received will be fully refunded to the original payment method in accordance with our refund policy.

We do not accept cancellation orders. We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within a specified period from the date of receipt, provided that the products are unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Items purchased at full price may be eligible for exchange or return, subject to stock availability. Sale or discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stated or in the case of a manufacturing defect. Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
