Refund & Returns
1. Eligibility
- You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Only items purchased through our official website are eligible. Sale or discounted items are not eligible unless the product is defective.
2. When Returns or Exchanges Are Accepted
- Wrong item received (size, color, or product).
- Defective or damaged item upon arrival.
- Item does not fit and needs a size exchange (subject to availability).
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact our Customer Service within 30 days and provide your order number, reason, and photos if the item is defective.
- Once approved, repack the item with its original packaging and tags.
- Ship the item back to us using a tracked courier service.
4. Shipping Costs
- If the return/exchange is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return/exchange is due to sizing or preference, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
5. Exchange or Refund Options
- Exchange for the same item in a different size or color (based on stock).
- Exchange for a different item of equal or higher value (price difference applies).
- Refund back to the original payment method or store credit, depending on the situation.
6. Returns Not Accepted
- Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags/packaging.
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective).
- Requests made after the 30-day window.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos. We will verify the issue and arrange an exchange or refund.
